These bearings, improperly called ”pulleys”, have the outer race built with a shape that is suitable for the side containment of “FLYER” pull chains, and are typically used as lifting systems on lift truck masts.
They are built with entirely-filled cylindrical rolls, so that they can support very high radial loads.
Axial loads generated by the chain rail are supported by the correct coupling of the roller heads used in bearings, with the rectified side surfaces of races.
This rolling system is highly reliable even when extreme performances are requested.

Alternative designs:

– pulleys for high and low temperatures applications
– pulleys for applications in aggressive environments
– tailor-made based on customer’s drawing
